We’ll work on helping you achievethe lifestyle you’ve always wanted, and help you to become the most confident & strongest version of yourself and give you everything you need to make that happen!
We'll start with our exclusive structured programme that requires a minimum of 120 minutes per week.
We will get you clear on what training to do within your limited time, with the most efficient programming to help you become more
confident and stronger in the gym,
to unlock your bodies true potential and leave you feeling ready for anything.
Next, we will help you become more nutritionally aware, and provide you with the knowledge to help prevent you from going through the guess work that we once went through.
It will also help you become more creative and mindful with food, through our delicious meal and recipe ideas inside our community.
Next, we'll design your ideal week. We highly value an enjoyable lifestyle whilst eating and training well so using our habit and daily planner we can make time for workouts, family, socializing and downtime.
We will take you through your programme, ensuring your technique and form is to our standard, by you submitting across technique videos.
You will work with both coaches over the period of 90 days.
A 90 day programme which is personalised and tailored to you and your goals. We believe 1-1 coaching is much more than just showing up for a 1-1 session. This is why we build out your full 90 day programme for you to complete 2-3 times a week on your own.
Our Weekly calls will leave you feeling set up & inspired for the week ahead, as well as delivering some educational value.
We tailor your nutrition targets to your goals. We don’t overcomplicate nutrition but we don’t oversimplify it either.

who have been in our shoes and provide YOU with all the tools you need to succeed. You will be provided with clarity & direction for you to be able to sustain results and cut out all the guess work we went through. We want to help you build a lifestyle to be proud of!

I’ve coached over 100’s of males & females over the last few years from right here in Ayr to all the way down under in Sydney🇦🇺
2. I love nothing more than travelling and exploring, we’ve still got loads of bucket lists to tick off!!

. We spent 90 days picking oranges out of trees and I can wholeheartedly say it’s one of the most soul destroying experiences I’ve ever done, but hey I’d do it again for all the people we met along the way!

I’m a coffee snob and I’m not scared to admit it☕️, I appreciate nothing more than a fine vanilla latte (and not the ones you get in costa or starbucks, don’t come @ me🤣

I actually struggled massively with my body image when growing up and struggled with inner self belief, something I’ve worked on massively over the years

I’ve completed a 15,000ft sky dive over Fraser Island, and can honestly say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever done, if you get the chance don’t turn it down!!

We’ve got huge aspirations to one day be running successful fitness retreats 3x a year in the near future.

I have been training for around 6 years and tried lots of different things when it comes to nutrition and training, which is why I want to help others and prevent them from going round in circles just the way I did. 🙌

I am also a fully qualified Sports Therapist🤓
3.
I quit my ‘job for life’ with the council to go and travel and work in Australia with Stefan for 2 years. Was the best decision I ever made. No matter what anyone tells you, if you’re not happy in a job, find a new job! 🇦🇺
4.
I was a competitive figure skater from the age of 4 until I was 12. I fractured my wrist and ended up not going back. Something I wish I didn’t give up.
5.
I played football, for the first time ever in my life, for a season, whilst I was in Australia. Very random but it was so much fun and a great way to socialise and learn new skills.
6.
Biggest dream, is to be living in a hot country (preferably Australia) and running fitness retreats 3x a year!
7.
I had a massive confidence boost which came from having to meet new friends and be in a country which I knew nothing about and knew nobody.

I absolutely love pizza. Pineapple on pizza 100%🍕

I jumped out a plane at 15,000 ft over Fraser Island, Australia. Definitely up there with one of the best days of my life.✈️

If you can’t tell already from the above points, I love travelling and can’t wait to explore more countries and expand Elevate even more. 😅

Our group is set up in a unique way. You will receive ongoing education on the 5 main topics of health and fitness. These being,
Movement, Mindset, Nutrition, Sleep and Recovery.
Live trainings, guest speakers, in-person client meet ups and even a Yoga Instructor, right at your fingertips. All whilst having a supportive community behind you that will help to Elevate your experience. This means you are never playing a guessing game when it comes to your journey.
Over the next 3 months, you will become a more confident version of yourself, we will educate you and give you all the tools necessary to help you be able to see that this will fit in to your lifestyle. You will learn to become more nutritionally aware around the food choices you
are making, and we will also help show you that you don’t have to restrict any food groups
within the programme. You will learn to love being able to move your body on the daily, you will excel in and out of the gym, and ultimately this will lead you to having more energy, you will follow a tried and tested method, and you will achieve results!!
